If, within twelve months from date of purchase, this Shortening Shuttle® Product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, simply call us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Note: this does not include wear from use such as wheels nor failure due to user negligence or damage.(This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.)
